Recover and stay injury free

Sports Therapy is specifically concerned with the prevention of injury and, when necessary, the rehabilitation of an individual back to optimum levels of fitness both on a daily functional and occupational basis as well as on a sports specific level, regardless of age and ability.

By using the principles of sport and exercise science, and observing biomechanics and muscular control, it is possible to prepare an individual for training and competition, as well as general life and work. This is achieved by providing structured programs designed to increase and correct strength, flexibility, conditioning, and endurance, and by teaching proper training techniques, thus helping to minimize the risk of injury occurrence or reoccurrence.
